Scope of Work
Complete tear-off of existing 3-tab asphalt shingles down to the deck. Inspect and replace any damaged plywood sheathing. Install full ice & water shield at all eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment over the remaining deck, new aluminum drip edge, IKO Cambridge architectural shingles in Driftwood, ridge cap, and new pipe boots and step flashing. Full site cleanup and magnetic sweep included. Manufacturer's 30-year limited warranty plus our 10-year workmanship warranty.
